Conditions for the Refund

  • To be eligible for a refund, the request is to be submitted within 14 days after your enrollment date.

  • Once you have accessed Module 2A, then we will consider you fully enrolled, with no refund available. (In other words, in order to request a refund, you will have accessed Module 1 only.)

  • Refunds are not available for the Certification Exams.

  • Notebook & administrative costs: A total of $20.00 will be deducted from the refund amount for the notebook and administrative costs.

How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, please email our support team at [email protected] within the 14-day refund period. Please include your full name, enrollment date, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund.

  • We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

Processing Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method that you used.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us.

Changes to the Refund Policy

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through the email associated with your account.
