Refund Policy
Please review the details regarding the refund policy.
To be eligible for a refund, the request is to be submitted within 14 days after your enrollment date.
Once you have accessed Module 2A, then we will consider you fully enrolled, with no refund available. (In other words, in order to request a refund, you will have accessed Module 1 only.)
Refunds are not available for the Certification Exams.
Notebook & administrative costs: A total of $20.00 will be deducted from the refund amount for the notebook and administrative costs.
To request a refund, please email our support team at [email protected] within the 14-day refund period. Please include your full name, enrollment date, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund.
We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method that you used.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us.
We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through the email associated with your account.
